Our Services
Notice: Expert Disability Help is not affiliated with the Social Security Administration. We are advocates for disabled persons. Our goal is to provide the best resources to help YOU WIN YOUR DISABILITY CLAIM. WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO BECOME ANOTHER DISABILITY STATISTIC: A DENIAL.
At Expert Disability Help (EDH), we have designed our services to assist persons applying for disability independently. We assist without charging 25% of your upcoming benefits and do not require that you sign a contract. Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis.
We cannot guarantee approval of all claims; when you apply for disability, the burden of proof is on you. However, EDH can help you determine if your disability claim meets the criteria to be approved. We can do this if you provide certain information.
For example, we can review your medical evidence and, based upon details, research, medical data, and supportive documentation, determine whether your claim meets specific disability requirements.
Many of the disability claimants that have utilized our services appropriately have won their claims (92-93%). Each case is evaluated on its facts and circumstances. EDH can help you determine if your claim has enough evidence to support a disability decision.
If you choose not to work independently, we utilize the services of disability advocates. We are happy to refer you to legal practices or disability advocates that we have vetted. It is essential not to choose just anyone you pick from the internet. If your claim has been denied, we can also refer your claim for assistance with an appeal.
Thank You,
Staff at EDH

Medical Records review
Our Medical records review service will provide you with valuable information and documentation to support your disability claim. Your records will be properly organized and indexed, enabling your Disability Examiner and/or Attorney to be able to quickly access and review relevant disability information. They will also be able to determine from the medical record review, a concise history, access the key points, all treatment providers, hospital and clinical visits, patient history, treatment, diagnosis, billing and coding information (if available), tests, procedures performed, and progress notes. A thorough and thoughtful review of your medical records can be crucial in winning your claim.
Teletherapy
To qualify for disability due to mental health, your medical records need to be documented in such a manner, that explains specific functional limitations that prohibit your ability to be substantially gainfully employed. Your therapy needs to target specific areas for which you are claiming disability. EDH therapists are familiar with the necessary documentation required for mental health claims.
Therapy can benefit specific areas such as depression, anxiety (social anxiety, PTSS), addiction-related issues, sleep disturbance, trauma (sexual or physical), LGBTQ and veteran-related issues. It is quite rare to apply for disability and not have any mental health issues. Mental Health-related Disorders should be listed separately with your disability application.
Letter Writing
The information your doctor includes in your medical records can make or break your disability claim. Therefore your doctor needs to understand specifically why you can’t work so they can agree and establish that you have a medically determinable illness. This can be difficult to do in a short visit. Our experts will construct a carefully written letter that explains to your doctor why you need disability benefits.
